Course Overview
The LL.M. (Master of Laws) program at the Innovative Institute of Law, a NAAC-accredited institution, is a postgraduate degree designed to provide advanced legal education, specialized knowledge, and research-oriented learning in various branches of law. The program aims to enhance students’ analytical, advocacy, research, and academic skills while preparing them for careers in legal practice, judiciary, academia, corporate sectors, policy-making, and legal research.
Designed in accordance with the guidelines of Chaudhary Charan Singh University, the curriculum focuses on contemporary legal developments, constitutional values, interdisciplinary learning, and emerging areas of law. The program also encourages participation in seminars, case studies, dissertation work, moot courts, and research projects to strengthen both conceptual understanding and practical legal skills.

LL.M. (2026–28) : Admission Eligibility & Procedure
General Category: Minimum 49.5% aggregate marks in LLB graduation.
SC/ST Category: Minimum 48% aggregate marks in LLB graduation.
Candidate must register through the online admission process of Chaudhary Charan Singh University.
Candidate must qualify the LL.M. Entrance Examination conducted by CCS University for the Academic Session 2026–27.
Submission of two Letters of Recommendation (LORs) is mandatory. At least one LOR should be from the institution where the qualifying law degree was completed.
Candidates may also be required to appear for a Personal Interview conducted by Innovative Institute of Law.
Final admission shall be granted only after successful completion of all admission formalities and selection procedures.
No upper age limit for the program.
